The Ocean Tracking Network (OTN) has achieved the status of Accredited IODE Associated Data Unit having met the IODE accreditation requirement outlined in IOC Manuals and Guides No. 67.https://oceanexpert.org/document/33321

OTN’s mission is to inform the stewardship and sustainable management of aquatic animals by providing knowledge on their movements, habitats and survival in the face of changing global environments.

The IODE promotes the accreditation of NODCs and ADUs that have implemented a Data Management Quality Management Framework to ensure compliance with IODE standards and the IOC Data Policy and Terms of Use (2023).
