The responsibilities encompass both the seamless management of ongoing EU project
activities and the strategic advancement of OBIS’s engagement as critical infrastructure of the global ocean observing system.

The consultancy will be full-time for 9–months between April and December 2025. The
consultancy will be undertaken remotely with regular contact with the OBIS
Secretariat/IODE office in Oostende, Belgium.
