The individual consultant is expected to support the implementation of the BioEcoOcean project on a full-time basis, in particular be responsible for the objectives related to capacity development with the goals to (i) use and implement the blueprint by the community, (ii) increase knowledge and use of interoperable and comparable methodology, standardizations, vocabulary and quality control for ocean observations, and (iii) improve technical readiness and capacity for data management in publishing generated data and metadata to open access data and information systems such as OBIS and the GOOS BioEco portal.
